One of the most stressful parts of planning for your family photo session is trying to figure out what to wear, but don't worry, I've got you! Once we book our adventure together, I'll email you my personal outfit and style guide. It’s filled with easy do’s and don’ts to help you put together a look that feels true to your family and fits the overall vibe of your session.

How/what/when/where?
Family Sessions – the fun begins an hour before sunset. Which is all our favourite time of day, right? Right lol…..Golden hour. With each varying season this time changes slightly. Between approximately 6pm-8pm, and slightly earlier in the spring and fall when the sun tends to set earlier in the day. Family sessions are done 3 days a week, outdoors, unless you are requesting an indoor session. Contact me to discuss those details. Family Sessions tend to book out 4-6 months plus in advance.
Newborn Session – the fun begins at 10am and newborn sessions are shot 2-3 days a week between Monday-Friday. These are done in the comfort of your own home and a more documentary styled approach. Which means, the whole fam jam is joining in on this adventure. Please contact me as soon as possible once you hit the 12+ week mark in order to confirm a temporary date. If you are also looking to combine a maternity session along with your newborn session, we have a package available as a discounted rate. Once again, newborn sessions are booked between 4-6 months plus in advance.
You just had a blast with me, now what?
So we just had an epic hang out and it’s time for me to head out. What happens next? I know how excited I am to share the magic, so I could only imagine the anticipation of waiting. Once your images have been carefully selected, edited and crafted to tell your story, I will send your images directly through email in an online gallery. Your online gallery is password protected. From there, you’ll be able to view, download your purchased images, and easily share your gallery with friends and family. Attached to your gallery is a wide range of products available to display throughout your home or gift to your loved ones.
How do I get my hands on the goods?!?!
You already invested the time, energy and love into prepping for your session and creating these moments with me. Now, you are scrolling through your gallery with feelings of love, admiration and joy. Why let it stop there in digital form? PRINT YOUR PHOTOS! It’s one of the most important lessons I have learned as a photographer. How many times after you download your images will your revisit your gallery? Like many others (myself included, at one point) we end up leaving all of these feelings on a cloud or hard drive tucked away somewhere. I believe in surrounding myself with what brings me joy, what fills my house with love and for me, that is my family. As your photographer, my hope after our session is to provide you with tangible moments that surround you daily. A gentle reminder for you and your family to FEEL those feeling you felt scrolling through your gallery. Being a new mom is a chaotic time, and Steph brought a sense of peace and ease to our morning. Her energy, professionalism and patience made the morning not only easy but fun!
